Rooibos Breakfast Bowl

It’s Detox time! Start your Detox day with this healthy Rooibos Breakfast Bowl. 

Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more almond milk or millet flakes if necessary, then pour the mixture into two bowls.

Cut the figs into halves or quarters. Halve the grapes, kiwi berries and blackberries. Cut the dates into eights. Top the smoothie with the figs, grapes, berries, dates and nuts. Core the apple and cut into thick slices, then into dices. Arrange the apple on the smoothie, forming the KISSA pattern. Dust with KISSA Rooibos Tea Powder DE-STRESS and serve.

For the Smoothie

1 tsp KISSA Matcha Rooibos De-Stress
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1 banana
5 dried dates, pitted
5 tbsp millet flakes
1 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp maple or agave syrup
400 ml almond drink
1 pinch of salt


1 tsp KISSA Rooibos De-Stress
2 figs
100 g grapes
1 punnet kiwi berries
100 g blackberries
2-3 fresh dates
100 g blueberries
2 tbsp Brazil nuts
1 small red apple
